Monthly Hiring Partnerships

This product is an ideal solution for small organizations like charities, community groups, and very small corporate employers with minimal hiring requirements or a primary focus on educational seminars and workshops.
Indigenous Virtual Career Fair

This product is a one day customized virtual hiring event. OCM takes charge of candidate sourcing, initial screening, and coordinating interviews for approximately 20 individuals to streamline the recruitment process for your team.
Cultural Awareness Sessions
